Delivery Delays Due To Adverse Weather Latest Updates

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Lucy Art will endeavour to despatch all products on time in line with the despatch date we email to you after you have placed your order, we cannot issue any refunds due to non-delivery which has come about due to the adverse weather conditions across the UK. If you are in any doubt please check with us or your local weather forecast.


Monday 6th December Update
All deliveries and collections to and from Lucy Art are operating as normal. Check your local weather forecast to gain an idea if a courier van will be able to get to you.

Thursday 2nd December Update
Couriers arrived to collect on Thursday 2nd December but many deliveries of our supplies still never arrived. Only 6 deliveries failed to go out and those customers have been informed. We are promised supplies by Friday and SAT AM and we don't envisage any further delays in despatch on Friday and all should be back on track. Further updates will follow as we have more news or the weather takes a turn for the worse again. Thanks for your patience.

We apologise but our couriers failed to get to us today Weds 1st December so all deliveries due for delivery Thursday 2nd December should now arrive on Friday.
