Childrens Painting Competition

To celebrate the 1st Anniversary of our West Yorkshire Art Gallery, we are currently taking entries for our childrens painting competition.

-The artwork will be judged in two age groups, those aged 6yrs & under and those aged 7yrs -12yrs
-Artwork must be the child’s own work.
-In each age group, there will be one winner and one runner up.
-The winners & runners up will receive a selection of art supplies whilst the overall winners will have their artwork printed onto canvas.

All artwork must be submitted by 4pm on Friday 8th August with a completed entry form.

The winners and runners up will be announced at 2pm on Saturday 9th August in the LucyArt gallery and the winners’ canvas prints will be unveiled. If the winners are not present on the day, they will be contacted the following week regarding the collection or delivery of their prize.

This is open to any child based in UK Mainland only.

On the 9th August 2008 to celebrate the 1st Anniverysary of our gallery opening, we will also be having discounts on a range pf products in the gallery plus refreshments, competitions and a charity raffle.
