1. Browse the online shop
Select the canvas design you prefer in the size you require.
2. Order in the colours shown OR customise
Order in the colours shown or:- order with a request for a colour change.
You can then specify the colours from our colour chart on your order, or alternatively, send in any swatches / colour samples for us to match to (you will need to do this between the date of order and 1 week before despatch).
3. Pay online or send a cheque
Pay via any major Credit / Debit card including AMEX, or a cheque.
4. We will then allocate you a despatch date for your artwork
5. We'll hand-paint your canvas in the finest acrylics
Once we receive your sample swatches ( if needed ) we will create the art for
you. When the canvas is ready, we'll email picture proofs to you, if requested(
this is usually the day before despatch ).
6. Canvas is despatched
We will despatch via next working day carrier - so it should arrive the day
after the despatch date. If you don't like the canvas, we'll give you a full
refund / replacement (including P&P charges).
photo2canvas
1. Choose photo2canvas from the photo2 page.
2. Choose the frame type
18mm depth or 38mm depth; there is no cost difference but a larger
selection in the 38mm deep frame sizes. We can also provide unframed canvases.
3. Choose your size
Sizes are displayed in inches and centimetres for your convenience. Prices are displayed for all available sizes.
4. Choose your edge finish either white or bled side.
If you prefer you can have the sides in the same colour to match the background colour of your
image, please state this in the special instructions area of the checkout.
For bleed (image wrapped round) if your image doesn't have sufficient excess
area to create the sides, we will creat the sides by mirroring the edges of
your image, hence keeping your image on the front of the canvas.
5. Choose effects if required
You can choose an effect you might like to add, see here for the different
effects.
6. Supply images
You can then choose to post, email or upload your images. For uploads max
size 6mb, email max 12mb over this please choose to post images and send on
a CD/DVD.
7. Add to your basket
Check your order. Adjust the quantity if you want more than 1 copy, then
add the item to shopping basket
8. Add more items or proceed to checkout
If you want to add another image in the same or different size choose
continue shopping or just complete transaction by pressing proceed to
checkout button.
photo2poster
1. Choose photo2poster from the photo2 page.
2. Choose the paper type
Satin - A high quailty 200g microporus heavy weight paper with a Satin finish that is ideal for use for presentations and high quality photographic work as well as posters and singage. The heavier coating means accurate colours and fast drying time. Suitable for laminating
Gloss - A high quailty 200g microporus heavy weight paper with a Gloss finish that is ideal for use for presentations and high quality photographic work as well as posters and singage. The heavier coating means accurate colours and fast drying time. Suitable for laminating
Textured - Images are printed onto textured fine art paper, like an artist watercolor paper. We only use top quality paper of at least 255 g, from Hahnemuhle and Somerset Velvet. The prints are ideal for framing.

UK Delivery
Postage charges are calculated according to the type of product that is ordered:
Canvases:
Postage for canvases is calculated by taking into consideration the total cost of all canvases in the order. To see how we calculate shipping our canvases to the UK see the table below.
Rolled Canvases & Fineart Paper:
These are dispatched in postal tubes and have a charge of £1.50 per item, with a minimum charge of £3 per order.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are shipped for free.
For deliveries within the UK where a combination of Canvases, Rolled Canvases/Fineart Paper and Gift Vouchers are purchased in a single order, we only charge for the most expensive postal cost (e.g. we would not charge the postage on one Rolled Canvas if one standard Canvas is purchased).
Delivery outside of the UK (& UK Saturday Delivery)
For Shipping to anywhere outside of the UK, postal charges are calculated by taking into consideration the total cost of the order (excluding any Gift Vouchers, which are posted for free) and the region that they are shipped to.
